Cherry Coffe Cake

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • Optional Glaze Drizzle
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 3-4 tablespoons milk


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and prepare a 9�13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and butter. Mix with a fork until it�s crumbled. Then, set aside � cup of the crumbles.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the milk, vanilla and eggs. Then, pour the liquid mixture into the large bowl of crumbles. Mix until well combine, will be thick and lumpy.
