INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk (13.66 oz.)*
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (optional)


INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Add pineapple, coconut milk and maple syrup (if using) to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
